  7. First off I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you
don’t mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
I have had trouble clearing my mind in getting my ideas
out there. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to
15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips?
    Thanks!

    1. Thank you so much! In my experience, it doesn’t take much effort to center myself when I am inspired to write. When inspiration comes, it’s important to go with it, don’t delay and it’s easy to write then. What helps me also is “knowing my Why”.
Why do you write? Who needs your help, why is it important for you to do it, why is it necessary to relay the message that you have? Knowing your WHY is the big key for the inspiration and a breakthrough. All the best to you!
