At the end of each year, I have a tradition to go over the entire year analyzing events and experiences I have had. Yes, it does take discipline to make the time for it, but it’s so worth it. I want to share something that helped me see the good in what initially seemed bad. It gives me a positive outlook, no matter how difficult the experience was.
While you are going through a difficult time, your obstacles may seem too big to overcome. It is very easy to get lost when you face challenging situations, because we naturally tend to focus on those challenges, constantly thinking about the problem and how bad things are. And, often this is the biggest enemy for our aspiration. These are 3 key action steps that made a tremendous impact on my personal journey when going through tough times.
